system currently unavailable

Whats going on with unipin? I have been trying to load electricity for the past 3 days (through my banks app and through a bought voucher) and it keeps saying the service is currently unavailable. I mean,its been 3 days now. I have smsed my seriel number to 43471 and have sent an email to [Email Removed] and i havent recieved a reply.there is no custoner care number for unipin so im not sure how problems get solved here?. Im currenntly sitting with no electricity (for 3 days,mind you) because the system still hasnt been fixed
