Suspect error on Prepaid electricity Voucher

Dear Sir,
Since March 20, 2015, i have spents around R750 in electricity, that is in 4 days!!! this is a normal residential house.
The problem is that with the R50 voucher we had around 26 Unity of electricity, with the R100 voucher we are getting 21,90 in about 6 vouchers !! how can this be possible? we usually get around 70-80 units for the R100.

I immediately sent a mail to the Support email(see the response below) on the voucher only to be sent to the Ekurhuleni ***, where they are sending me back to Unipin. As i am writing i do not have electricity, as i cannot keep up with this. nobody wants to help
Neville Lourens [Email Removed]
20 Mar (3 days ago)

to me, Support
Good Evening

My apologies for the confusion, UniPIN does not generate token or allocate the units, you need to please contact Ekurhuleni on *** or go to your nearest CCC (Customer Care Centre) for this information.

I do know they work on a tariff schedule/block and your units (kWh) are allocated according to that depending the tariff.

Thank you and Best Regards J
Neville Lourens

Hello AdhemarK,

Neville responded correctly. We obtain the tokens from Ekurhuleni and do not generate it ourselves. What they generated we passed onto you.

you will have to query this with the municipality,

regards
