supply asdk 10 persent more for electricity
One of your retail suppliers in frankfort freestate charge the customers 10 persent extra when they buy pre paid electricity from him. Is that allowed? Suppply me with a telephone nr where I can report such a person directly. If I don't get any feedback from you then I will go to the newspapers about that vendor and unipin. No, this is not allowed at all - if you buy for an example R50.00, you are meant to be getting R50.00's worth of electricity. If he charges you extra on this, we is not complying and we will have to take action and have him disconnected.
