Still waiting for my voucher to be redeemed

Bought a voucher four times at a retail store now still waiting for all my vouchers to be redeemed in order for me to use my electricity and now I 'm sitting in de dark for two days with no reason because of This unipin that didnt sent me my token back. I thought I was making my life easier in going for prepaid but unfortunately I was just telling myself lies....took my time to escalate to ********** and smsed to 43471......used thier website to escalate as well......now they telling me they working from 6am till 12pm......should I sit in the dark for the next 7years or what because from where i"m sitting I have used even three different networks to redeem but no response.
