Still waiting for my token

I bought a voucher online yesterday and now had to buy another one at the garage in Midrand ..I have recharged and still waiting for my token I have no electricity as I sit since yesterday all I get is do not resend token will be sent once problem has been resolved ..this is utter nonsense I have kids in the house .can I get this resolved asap
