Shocking Service, lies, untrained staff, no timeframes

Shocking service from Prepaid Metres and Unipin. On Saturday afternoon our prepaid electricity run out, we attempted to purchase online and where told the token system that Unipin generates is offline. We attempted to purchase another voucher from the closest garage and still no luck. On sunday morning still nothing, contacted Unipin who advised they are online but Prepaid Metres isnt, spoke to a consultant named Riaz at prepaid metres who advised unipin is offline but if we do an instant it would clear in 30minutes and we could get an emergency voucher to use in the interim. Completed the process and waited an hour still nothing, after waiting 30minutes to get through to someone at the Prepaid metres call centre, spoke to Collen who advised matter was now escalated to the account team and i should get a voucher in 30minutes. Case no 433175 Another hour later still nothing, called back waited an hour to get through after getting my call spoke to another consultant who advised he cannot say if i will get a token today as they struggling with Unipin atm but should get the emergency voucher sometime Sunday, he is actually the worst of the 3 consultants as he actually couldnt give me any answers. Two hours later i receive a token for 4.3kw, nowhere close to the amount i paid as an emergency amount & not even enough to last me more than a few minutes of electricity. Tried calling the call centre again numerous times with no answer. When i did get througb the calls kept cutting after waiting 20, 30 and 50minutes. Surely a company like Prepaid Metres has contingency plans for these things. Iv been without electricity for over a day now as a result have lost my monthly groceries, is whoever responsible going to pay for this?? Surely your staff are trained correctly and shouldnt be lieing to customers saying an instant payment will take 30minutes, over 12 hours later im still waiting! If i was noticed of this when i initially called at 8am i would have understood and been less mad and extremely frustrated with your service offering! At this rate i do not know if im going to get electricity!!! Fix this solution Prepaid Metres, Unipin, whoever is actually at fault/offline
