Service not running.... Yet Again!!!
<p>So sick of Unipin! Sitting in the dark cause yet again when we try load a voucher the system is not running. Over pre paid. Over this *******!! Meter number ***</p>

Thank you for your mail. We can understand your frustrations, but the error you recieved was due to fault by the network providers. Over this past weekend we have experienced a number of issues with MTN and Vodacom. I have asked my service provider to investigate these issues and working on counter-measures to avoid this situation in future
