****** of R300.00 and never get tokens!!!

This is by far the worst system EVER!! Everytime we buy a unipin voucher and sms for a Token we never get a reply and MUST call in... spending my money on the calls. If the call center is not working that means that i dont have electricity for the weekend??? I have 2 kids a 6 month old and 3 year old I can not afford to be without Electricity..... ! I tried to do a transfer on 3 different occasion from standard bank and the money went off my account and no electricity?? WHAT IS THIS??? Can someone do their F**ken job and investigate this as I either want my money back or the electricity I PAID for and can you get your systems working so that I dont have to call in to activate something i pay for!!!!!
