Repeatedly useless
<p>Bought an electricity voucher this morning for the sake of convenience but dialled the USSD code 4 hours ago and no PIN number received. This happened previously, i hate the fact that it is so accessible though, it was the only one i could get at 5:45, i've learnet my lesson, will not do it again though. Serail Number *** </p>
