Received no token

I bought a voucher from Dischem at 15h55 on the 8/11/2018. Did the whole *120* thing to redeem my token they just say your request will be processed and you will receive your token via sms. It is the 9th already and no token. My electricity went off already. No response from sms line or email. This is not acceptable. It is R500!
