15 Oct 2015, 00:16Hello Tebza88,
The cost of electricity is set by the municipality. Tshwane utilises a system called step tariffs. What this means is the more electricity you buy in the month, the more you will pay for it. Please contact the Tshwane for a breakdown of the tariff structure or e-mail *** and we will try and assist in getting the breakdown for you.
