R100 for 57units
I bought electricity for R100 and only got R57. R34 went to charges and the rest to VAT. Surely the charges can not equal nearly 50% of the transaction? This is ****************!!! #UnipinMustFall

Thank you your for enquiry. The amount that you are paying for charges is not set by unipin but rather by your service provider. This charge is normally a service fee that they charge you monthly. Unipin simply delivers what your service provider sends us. I would suggest you contact your body corporate to get an understanding of what these charges are and when do you normally pay for them.
