I bought a R 50.00 UNIPIN VOUCHER and I followed the instructions and this is the sms i got<br> <br> RCPT:***8<br> Amntelec: 0.00<br> Debt: 50.00<br> Chrg : 7.00<br> <br> What does this mean, why aren't any further details given. Thank you for query. Please note that your service provider has indicated that your account is in arrears. subsequently, they have deducted this amount to recover your outstanding fees. Please contact your landlord to identify what these fees are for and note that you cannot purchase any electricity until this amount has been cleared
