PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER??
I have been trying for TWO DAYS to obtain my 20 digits PIN ...after purchasing my coupon, i punched in my pin and meter number etc....and i keep getting the same message 'DO NOT RESEND YOUR REQUEST...THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER'...sent SMS's to 43472 quoting my serial number...and im still still sitting in the DARK....no power no heat!!!! Can somebody do something PLEASE!!
