Problem redeeming unipin voucher
I purchased unipin electricity this morning and have been trying to redeem the voucher but i only get an error message saying system failure. As a result i don't have any electricity at home. Is there any other way of redeeming the voucher? meter no: ***

The service provider for Vodacom is down so it is affecting each and every request we are getting in from customers who are trying to redeem a UnIPIN from a Vodacom cellphone.
Please retry your request from a MTN or CellC phone, this should go through.
We are awaiting feedback as to when the issue will be restored with Vodacom,
