The recharge pin for the second date was a duplicate of the first date and the error recharge pin ALREADY USED. Visited the Tshwane and empty promises made cos not kept thereafter I was sent from pillar to post. In the end the phone is not being answered. Imagine if this is done to 500 prepaid electricity buyers at R50 daily, how much these two organisations are reaping from residents per month?
