Poor customer support and service

I have bought two vouchers for prepaid electricity from unipin. And followed the instruction as normal but more than 8 hours later still no sms received. There is no contact centre to talk to for assistance and no other method to contact the supplier. This is highly disappointing has you do not even receive the full amount of prepaid electricity you bought.

I need the units I paid for today and this issue resolved with better method to liase with supplier. We on the ground as the customer do not have money to throw in the water.!!!
