Pin not working

When I enter the pin number the meter say I must \do again".I have contact unipin and sent emails to Shirley Madihlaba and Chevonne Van Rensburg as well as [Email Removed] but no luck they just ignore my emails. The only email that I got was to say there is a fault with my meter. Tswane came out twice to my house and tested the meter and informed me that there is nothing wrong with the meter.
