Persistent in giving awful service.

It has been 11 days since I redeemed my voucher but the actual units have not reflected on our Prepaid meter. I purchased two vouchers of R500 and units only reflected from one voucher. Yet, I received receipts from both vouchers.
My spouse sent at least two emails to the provided adress on the website two days after this issue with no response. The only feedback, which I presume we were given, was the receipts being SMS'ed to us again.
I ask you how this resolves the problem of our money actually being ****** from us? We tried to address this issue with the service provider, keeping in mind those business hours which they clearly do not adhere to.

Why is that only when I come to 'Hello Peter' to write a review that I get any response from these people? I can guarantee you that they will respond with that daft, and most likely automated, message requesting you to "Please email your voucher number to *******." WE HAVE ALREADY TRIED THAT!!!! TWICE!!!!! Moreover, I find it more absurd that they actually think these emails would display for me to contact... Are you truly so, indifferent, negligent, indolent, sloppy, lethargic, besotted, vacuous, dense, that you cannot make a better effort to contact me? (Take your pick of which ever synonym applies, I'd opt for the entire list but a thesaurus will privide you with alternatives. If those words happen to be censored, I suggest looking up incapable or*********** in a dictionary.)

If there is ANYONE who can tell me how I could move to another service provider on my prepaid meter, please... I beg for your assisstance!

Hi Chantelle

I have recieved your query and have asked for your service provider to contact you. The name of the service provider is called Midcity Metering. Unipin is simply a delivery mechanism in order for you to purchase recharge vouchers and these vouchers are recieved from the service providers. If the meters do not accept the token, then the fault lies with the service provider. I have asked that they keep me in the loop in their communication to you
