Pathetic service

<p>I have bought a R1000.00 voucher this morning for electricity. I have send the voucher in and I'm STILL waiting for my pin. I have been phoning since 07H00 this morning and they keep telling me they are off line and it will take an hour to sort it out. It is 7 HOURS later and we are still waiting!!!! You service are pathetic and WHY don't you get people that is not *********** and can't sort it out. Is this the kind of service that you give to you clients?? You are lying to us and how many people are sitting withou electricity because you are useless!!!</p> <p>Sort yourself out , we paid for a service!!!! </p>
