UNIPIN is the most useless supplier ever - they are more offline than they are online. I bought unpin today at 10am I am still waiting for the token. It is now 17H20. Saturday without electricity - not sure who came up with pre-paid ****!!! UNIPIN YOU ARE THE MOST USELESS SUPPLIER OF ELECTRICITY EVER!!! YOU MUST JUST CLOSE SHOP!!<br> ANYONE THINKING OF MOVING TO PREPAID ELECTRICITY - STAY AWAY FROM UNIPIN!!!

Thank you for your mail. We understand your frustrations, but understand that the issue was not with unipin, but rather with your service Provider Prep[aid Meters. They had technical issues on their system this weekend, that prevented us from getting your token details. I have send your details to Prepaid World and someone will get in touch with you.
