Not Working

I bought 2 unipin vouchers, one for R50 and another for R20 - I had no problem inputting the R20 voucher, but the R50 voucher did not go through. We tried several times. We sent emails to the address on the voucher. I even got a response with a telephone number. Spoke to a lady who promised to contact my home to input something into the meter - she never called my home - tried calling back and suddenly the telephone number no longer works - weird. Sent more emails - got no response - this is both annoying and frustrating that Unipin who is supposed to be providing a service doesn't even have a website, a customer care line that works or anything that supports their product. Many people have installed their devices and I am starting to think this is all ****.- How can this company be legit if they don't have any backup system and support in place? I demand a voucher that works
