Not Receiving Token

I bought 2 UniPin prepaid electricity vouchers with the following serial numbers both for R100. *** & ***. I have less than 10 units available and what happens when I get cut off? a penalty fee for something I am not responsible for? I bought a Unipin from Spar over the weekend and that worked within seconds, and today I buy from the BP and get sms's stating \be patient....token will be sent as soon as UniPIN can retrieve it from the supplier. My meter number is ***. Please HELP!!!!!! I can't pay penalty fee's that is why I recharge before it drops to 0 units."
