NOT RECEIVING ANY PAY BACK ON MY UNIPIN METERS

I have installed Unipin meters for my tenants and for the first month after recharging for them, I received some back payment onto my account. The second month I did recharge for them also but no back payment into my account has been received. Can you pleases assist urgently.
