Not getting an electricity token

Good day

I bought a unipin yesterday and I tried to generate a token using the USSD code but I never received the token. When I tried to use a different number I was told the token was already redeemed. But I don't understand how because I never received it.

I am now out of electricity with a 5 month old child and I am not getting any assistance. I have been trying since last night.

Please assist urgently!!
