No token sent after voucher purchase

I bought a voucher from the same store where I always buy from, i followed the process to receive the token on SMS which I have been doing for years. Still waiting for the SMS, I have SMSed and emailed and left a ticket on the website but still no assistance. I have a 1 year old child and we are now sitting without power.
