No Token Returned No Response from Unipin

I had purchased a R500 unipin voucher last night (31/03/2015) sent through a request but have still not received a token. I have sent multiple queries via SMS and multiple emails to query number and email address specified on the receipt and still no response. I have never dealt with a more useless company in my life

We apologize for the inconvenience. Prepaid Meter's system was down and this caused us not being able to obtain your token.

Our support desk was flooded as a result and we did manage to miss a lot of queries logged to us.
