No token returned again

For the 5th time now I have purchased Unipin and have sent through my pin but have not received any my token back because of some issue with their system. I send sms and emails to contacts provided on the voucher but no response. I am in desperate need of getting my electricity as I am about to run out. Fix your system or at least provide better support. This is ridiculous as I have the same issue every time.
