No token received from unipin! No water for 48 hours

I have had no water for 48 hours. I've bought two unipin vouchers and have dialled the ussd multiple times but never received the sms with the token. I've smsed as advised on the website but every single response is to resend the ussd. I've emailed and the first response was telling me how to send it with a ussd which of course I know how to do. The second email received was with tokens but they all say invalid when I punch them in. This is highly unacceptable! Please help.
