no token

I requested for unipin tokens yesterday 30/05/2015 at 17:30 and received a sms that I will receive my token soon. I have yet to receive the token. <br> As a result my electricity is now finished and my fridge and deep freezer is now not running any longer. And I do not want to replace the items in there<br> This is unacceptable and poor service from a service provider <br> I would like this issue resolved.
