NO TICKET TILL NOW

I recharged our electricity with UNIPIN on Wednesday at 12:30. It said our server had poblems and will send tickets soon. Its now Friday and there is still no ticket received. Sent serial number to 43471 number no response. <br> <br> No happy at all

Hello dimakatso1024,

We only received your query today. Its seems the complaint was delayed.
The issue is not with UniPIN. We connect into Ekurhuleni's systems and they process the transaction.

Their servers are constantly offline and we continuously complain to them with regards to this.

We do see that your tokens was indeed only processed on 17/7/2015.
