i can not redeem my voucher

<p>i bought two vouchers for electricity on the 15 june at 16H29 pm i send the sms to redeem my voucher with no respond i triedc to send sms to ask for help. until today no help can you please help . because i send my serial numbers but no help. when i try to use different service provider it says the voucher has been redeemed.</p> <p> </p> <p>the serial numbers are ********** 143663 and ********** 029407</p>
