Horrible service

<p>I bought two vouchers yesterday thinkn the 2nd 1 will work but nothing,still awaiting my token mxm.this morning i call customer service all the lady could say we experiencing problems,but since yesterday morning????now im sitting in a house without electricity nxa!!!!</p>
