GOOD SERVICE

Baught a voucher from engen garage the last thre digit wer incorect,the was an sms sent to telling me to sms or email as ther was a problem i did tha the folowing day wich was the 17/06/2015 a consultant by the name of THABILE MAPHALALA she gave me the most horrible service ever and thern she left me hanging . I had to sent onother email so i can get help,fortunatly i got a respond from a verry nice consultant this time by the name of NEVILLE LOURENS he was amazing he assisted me up untill the end. And i realy appreciate it hes a star. THABILE must just go back for training becouse she doesnt know how to deal with clients
