FAILED TO SUPPLY TOKEN

I bought prepaid electricity all to find that my meter is blocked. Went to the municipal and paid and they unblocked. Sent pin to unipin to retrieve my token it's now 2hrs and nothing. sent SMS with the serial number still no response.<br> <br> Serial number is ***<br> Meter number is ***<br> <br> i need this issue resolved ASAP as i have small children who have to feed.
