Extremely poor response from unipin

<p>I bought a unipin voucher on 06 May 2017 and was unable to load it as it kept saying invalid pin. I called Impact Metering who confirmed my unipin voucher number and meter number however they asked me to contact unipin support.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent an sms on 08 May 2017 and there was no response and on the 09 May 2017 I sent an e-mail to Unipin support. it is the 11th today and still no respose.
