Exorbitant charge

<p>I have bought a R50 voucher. Serial no: ********** 911079 l. I got charged 'fees' R25 and I only got electricity value of R25 which still got taxed 14% vat leaving me with only R18 I think this is **************** and utter nonsense. Can unipin please explain this to me? Where is my money going l?</p>
