Error 30
I received my pin but when I try to load it I get an error 30. I have tried numerous times to enter the pin but no luck. Power has now rum out.

Thanks for your query. When you get an error 30, it means that there is some interference on your meter box. Please move the meter to another area and try again. If that doesnt work, then you need to contact your municipality.
