Discrepancy
I would kindly like to register my complaint with Unipin purchases I make for my residential place. Whenever I buy electricity for R100 I only get 46.6 units and for R50 I get 27units. I have another box at work and the Meter number is *** and when I buy electricity on this box for R100 I get 198kw.<br> <br> Can you please look into this anomaly as I have bought electricity for the last 5 Months and Im not happy with this.<br> <br> Sipho<br> ***<br> ***

Thank you for your query. The price of electricity is determined by the municipality or your service provider. The amounts of units that you recieve is dependent on the time of month that you purchase as the more electricity you buy in the month, the more you pay for it. Please speak to your landlord or service provider to get an understanding of they charge you for your electricity.
