Disappointed

I am very frustrated with the unipin prepaid electricty service I have recived. Every time you buy a voucher and sent a sms you never get your voucher number. There is no contact person or centre to assist and you do not even get the full amount of the electricty you paid for.

Thus is poor and I havr no other choice to make use of them because that is what my Landlord has installed
