charges us 50% less

Hi i think the charges for the units are too high you buy a R100 voucher but you get 50 Units how is that possible? i was going through some comments and someone from UNIPIN responded and said you get units of what you bought if you buy for R50 you need to get 50 units, the units go down every month yesterday when i got a voucher the units were down by 10% from my lasy recharge which was last week. please reply with a number i can phone

Hello JAngel86,

UniPIN does not generate the tokens or determine the charges on a customer's account. We simply fetch the token from the supplier and then pass this back to the customer.

in no way do we get involved in the charges, fees or the processing of the token. If you have concerns about the charges per unit, please consult your landlord, body corp if this is a private meter, or the municipality if this is a municipal meter.
