cannot redeem voucher
i purchased a voucher yesterday for R150 and have been trying since yesterday to redeem the voucher, i am almost out of electricity. i can see from previous complaints this has happend last month in other areas, why does unipin not have an alternative to this problem knowing it has happend before?

Thank you for your mail. The issue is not on Unipin but rather on the Ethekwini municipality. Last night they had a power failure and are still trying to get the systems online. Until such time all electricity vending for Ethewkini is not available and all we can do is wait until the municipality gets the system to work again. As soon as the municipality is working again, we will be able to process your Unipin voucher.
