Can not load pin
Due to bad connection on your side i cannot load my electrisity. It is urgent. I did use your sms line with no response. Just waisted more money...

Vodacom's network was down and it affected all service for USSD and for sms. The issue affecting products who utilize Vodacom's platform wasn't just unique to UniPIN.
we understand the immense frustration this caused and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience to our customers because of this.
the systems are back up and running and you should be able to redeem your UniPIN,
