Blu approved are a ****(Unipin)

I have bought R50 unipin voucher from Spar, it has been hours now and STILL no SMS with the recharge token. I have used the ussd instructions several times and called ********** 355 for assistance and still nothing. There is no direct line for unipin and this is frustrating. I have smsed their queries line for assistance and emailed them serial number and meter number and still no response.
