Bad Services and no responce

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Hope you are well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought R1000 Electricity but when I send sms according to instruction. (my pin and my meter number) then I recive the error :" Service not running! please try again later." (I received from 22:30pm 12/Jun/2016 until now)</p> <p>Electricity of my house now is 0 and all of my equipment is off.<br /> it is winter and my house is very cold now!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent email for ********** but I did not receive feedback.
