Bad service
On two occasion i purchased unipin electricity vouchers, when i follow propts to insert the electricity, i get an sms without the 20 digit number to recharge, instead i get an sms that reads 'IDEL PREPAID RCPT:***9 BLU APPROVED.I have been calling their *** voucher enquiry number but no one picks up, its been three days now and i call about ten times a day, i am waisting my airtime and i do not have electricity

the token numbers are being processed and sent back to you via SMS. We are not sure but it could be your phone not displaying the sms properly.
