Bad Service

Unipin at it again, it is really failing its customers.I bought electricity for 600 today and the pins were sent through to my phone. One for 100 nd the other for 500 separate.R100 rand pin was put thought without a hustle but the second one did not go through. When i called Unipin they referred me to a lot of places first being Ekurhuleni municipality and provided me with lots of numbers to contacts which consumed my 200 rand airtime, not nice. All we require is assistance and a place where all unipin queries will be atended to.Was this not thought through before implementing the Unipin idea?No call centre, no office? Is this a short period business? I have a receipt worth R500 in my hand and yet i sleep in the dark again.Anyone who is able to assist please get back to me asap.
