BAD SERVICE!
Unipin Electricity claims to make life so easy by online recharging.... NOT so!! After paying and sending an SMS to them with bank details and reference... they just dont get back to you as promised!! I had to phone THEM and waited ages after the cell and landline numbers werent answered :( Then when I eventually got through I was told they would have to first check the bank account for the payment before I could be sent the voucher.... I had smsd a good 30 mins before (as per their instructions) and obviously no one was bothered to check the phone for customers SMS's :( SO disappointed in this shocking service.... prepaid electricity is supposed to make life easier?
