100% Price increase and no contact number !!!!!

We buy our prepaid electricity via Unipin and lately their service has been pathetic. it all started when I was unable to receive my token number for the voucher and when i tried to get in contact with customer care, i see that there is no landline number but an email address and to date have not received any answering mail from Unipin. a few days after that incident, i checked the units received on my voucher and i notice that the amounts do not add up. When I load R50 electricity, i used the get 34.60 units of electricity, i know get 18.20 units. before each unit used to cost 1 rand something, it is now 3 rand something..a 100% price increase is ridiculous.

Hi Tish-Ann
Your electricity pricing is set by your service provider and not by Unipin. I have looked at all your vouchers going back a month and your electricity pricing has stayed the same price everytime you bought a voucher. For more info on what you are being charged, please contact CitiQ metering
