Please stay away from this business and do not trust a word Gerald says. He is quick to do quotes and "knows and has installed" all systems. But when problems arises he blames the settings of the system. Once payment has been made to him it is struggling for months to get him to come and do the work. He uses the money you pay him to do other work. He answer his telephone and have everyday a different excuse why he can't come to start and complete the work. If there is a problem he blames the settings and do not make an effort to sort the problem out.
